As your doulas, we're here to help you put together a birth plan that's just right for you, be on-call for you in the month surrounding your due date, and give you all the support you need after your baby arrives. Just think of us as your go-to people for all things birth and beyond!
During labor, we use a variety of comfort techniques such as aromatherapy, counter pressure, position changes, & massage. We’re there to reassure you and empower you and we will also equip you with evidence-based facts about medications, interventions and procedures so you can make an informed decision for you and your baby.
Our package includes:
-1 Prenatal Visit
-On-call for you and attend your birth
-1 Postpartum Visit
-Phone support through 6 weeks postpartum
*Bonus virtual Prenatal Yoga classes taught by Corby
*Option to add on additional postpartum support

Our package includes:

~Support via text/call with any questions you have during pregnancy/postpartum
~In-person labor & delivery support from active labor to 2 hrs postpartum
~1 postpartum visit to go over your birth and to support you in any way we can
~Unlimited membership to our Zoom Prenatal Yoga classes

Insurance companies are always changing their policies, so give your insurance company a call to see what their current coverage is for doulas. As of November 11, 2021, Tricare is testing out coverage for military families.
After submitting final payment, we will provide you with all of the information needed to submit a claim for reimbursement to your insurance company.
