Included with your purchase is unlimited access to Corby’s prenatal yoga classes. Each class includes a mother’s circle to connect with other moms and to learn how to prepare for labor. All levels of experience welcome.

*Active Labor is the stage of labor when contractions are "6-1-1", which means 6 minutes apart, lasting 1 minute, for 1 hour or longer.
